Our international network of 550 toll-free telephone numbers will put you through to an experienced Customer Service Associate who will be able to assist in one of nine languages. The associate will also have immediate access to an international translation service if he or she cannot speak your language.

Emergency cash disbursements will usually be sent out within a few hours for Visa Gold cardholders travelling internationally. We will contact your card issuer for authorisation and on approval, we will send out the funds to you.
